Q&A's

Can I bring a date?

We unfortunately cannot accommodate everyone and our wedding is by RSVP Only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation by name or listed as "Your name & guest"

Can I bring my children?

We are unable to accommodate children at our wedding. We made very few exceptions for young adults under the age of 18, and if invited they would be formally addressed on the invitations or the invitations would be addressed to "The (last name) family".

When should I book?

In order to receive the best rates possible, we recommend booking ASAP after you RSVP. Rates may change as the date gets closer.

When should we arrive?

We recommend that all guests arrive to the resort 1-2 days prior to the wedding date (12/6/25).

Do I need a passport?

Yes. All guests need a valid passport to travel to the Dominican Republic. If you have a passport already, it must have 6 months of validity remaining at the date of travel and there must be a blank page for an entry stamp.

Where is the ceremony?

Our ceremony and reception will be held off resort at The Huracan Beach Club. Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding.

Is the water safe to drink in Punta Cana?

Yes and no. As with most all inclusive resorts in Punta Cana, the resort uses filtered water in all restaurants and bars. Do not drink the tap water and be sure to use bottled water when brushing your teeth. There is bottled water provided throughout the hotel including the complimentary mini bar in each room.

What currency will we need?

Almost everyone accepts US dollars in payment including for tipping and excursions. Unless you plan on venturing into a non-touristy area, dollars will suffice. We recommend bringing small bills in order to avoid having to break larger dollars.

Do we need to tip?

As with many all inclusive resorts, wages can be low so tipping goes a long way!
